Krystina Rubino started the offline marketing practice at Right Side Up when she realized too many brands leave offline channels on the table, favoring digital channels past diminishing returns. She’s a media and marketing leader with deep experience in building brands and meeting growth goals. She’s spent her career helping brands like Advil, DoorDash, P&G, Lyft, and StitchFix, develop profitable digital and offline media campaigns. She spends the rest of her time cooking, baking and gaming, and regardless of time of day, is probably trying to figure out what’s for dinner.

Matt is a marketing leader with 15+ years of experience working on some of the largest, industry leading brands in the world across multiple industries specializing in B2B Technology and SaaS including Amazon Web Services, Smartsheet, Wrike and Autodesk. Matt specializes in merging the art and science of marketing together to create unique customer experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful business results. Outside of work, Matt lives with his wife, two children and dog in Pittsburgh, PA and enjoys playing and coaching football, tennis and baseball/softball, traveling and cooking.
Chirag Singh
Director of Growth Marketing
Chirag leads the SMB Growth Marketing program at Reddit supporting advertiser acquisition, onboarding, growth and retention and previously led SMB focused growth marketing teams at Meta and Google. Chirag enjoys building high-impact scaled programs at the intersection of digital marketing, analytics and insights. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area where he can usually be found near good food and tennis courts outside of work.

With over 20 years of marketing experience, Ben is a seasoned Growth Advisor specializing in helping B2C companies optimize lower-funnel marketing strategies and scale through brand-building channels. He has collaborated with industry leaders like Pandora, Yelp, and Wyndham, as well as challenger brands to drive sustainable growth. Ben is passionate about improving measurement and attribution and its impact on media planning. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and performing as a jazz musician, and lives in California with his wife and teenage sons.
