When did you join Right Side Up?
I joined Right Side Up in July 2024.
Tell us what your title is and describe your role at RSU.
I am the Sr. Event Marketing Manager. I joined last July (2024) to help us build out our event strategy.
In my role, I manage our events calendar, oversee the webinar program, and drive the strategy for our field marketing efforts, including industry conferences, executive dinners, and networking events. There’s never a dull moment, and I truly enjoy using my organizational and creative skills to plan impactful events for our RSU community.
Tell us more about your professional background and any achievements you’re proud of or notable brands you’ve worked with.
I’ve spent over 15 years in the B2B Marketing space, and I like to say I’ve come full circle in my career journey. I began my career in events before transitioning to a marketing generalist role, where I supported a variety of SaaS organizations across multiple verticals, including veterinary software, compliance, marketing services, and HR technology. Over time, I discovered my true passion for field marketing, which led me to return back to an events role.
One of my most memorable experiences was establishing our entire U.S. marketing presence while at Corlytics (Formerly Clausematch). The company was originally founded in the United Kingdom, so I was tasked with raising awareness and driving demand for our compliance software in the highly regulated and competitive U.S. market. It was a challenging yet incredibly rewarding experience that provided me with valuable insights into marketing software across different jurisdictions.

Where is home these days? What is your work environment like?
I’m originally from New Jersey, but I’ve been living in Charlotte, NC for the last seven years. I work remotely, which gives me the chance to explore all the amazing coffee shops around Charlotte.
Is there something in particular that’s exciting you about marketing or the future of marketing?
In the aftermath of Covid, events have experienced a significant resurgence. It’s exciting to see people eager to attend conferences and networking events again—it certainly makes my job a lot easier too!
What has the flexibility of Right Side Up’s model allowed you to do outside of work?
Since Charlotte has a pretty mild climate eight months out of the year, I’ve picked up a lot of outdoorsy hobbies.
I love paddleboarding, hiking with my pups, traveling, going to breweries, and I recently got into pickleball as a retired tennis player. I also love live music, so you can find this Elder Emo/Millennial still attending festivals and concerts in the summer and fall months.
Tell us a fun fact.
I’ve visited more countries than states in the U.S. While I love traveling internationally, my goal this year is to explore more of my own country.
